1. Data we collect

We collect only what we need to process and deliver your laundry orders:

• Account details: your mobile number, name, and email (if you give it), plus a referral code if you use one.
• Address details: the pickup and delivery addresses you save and, if you allow it, your device location for that address. We use the location to check that you are inside our pickup area.
• Booking activity: services booked, pickup and delivery slots, instructions, coupons, items picked up (including pickup photos taken by our rider), invoices and payment status.

2. How we use data

Your data is used for order fulfilment, pickup and delivery coordination, billing support, service notifications and quality improvement. We send a one-time password (OTP) by SMS to your mobile number to sign you in.

3. Data sharing

We share required booking information only with internal operations and delivery staff involved in order processing. Online payments are handled by our payment provider, who receives the details needed to complete the payment. Our booking system is provided by Lumen Laundry (lumenlaundry.com), which stores and processes this data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

4. Data stored in your browser

When you sign in on our website, a login token is stored in your browser's local storage so that you stay signed in. It is removed when you log out. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

5. Retention and security

We retain data for operational and compliance purposes and use standard safeguards to protect account and order information. All website traffic to our booking system is encrypted (HTTPS).

6. Your choices

You can view your profile, saved addresses and order history in My Account, and delete saved addresses at any time. To correct your details or ask us to delete your account, contact us using the details below.
