These terms apply when you book a service with Bliss Laundry & Dry Clean ("Bliss", "we", "us") through our website, our app, by phone or on WhatsApp. By placing a booking you agree to them.

1. Service scope

Laundry and dry-clean services are offered based on pickup availability, store capacity, and serviceability at your selected location.

2. Pickup and delivery

Pickup & drop is free within 4 km of Ramphal Chowk, Dwarka Sec-07. Orders of ₹299 or more get free pickup; orders below ₹299 have a ₹29 pickup charge.
Pickup and delivery windows are approximate slots. Delays due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints may occur, and updates will be shared in your order status.
Please keep your clothes ready at the selected address during the chosen slot.

3. Pricing and payments

Wash & Fold is ₹80/kg and Wash & Iron is ₹120/kg, with a minimum order of 3 kg for weight-based services. Dry-cleaning, per-piece, household and steam-ironing prices are as shown in our rate list.
Final order charges are based on applicable service rates, garment category, add-ons, and verified item count at processing. Applicable GST is shown on your invoice.
Coupons are subject to eligibility rules.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel an active booking from My Account or by calling us.

5. Liability

Please report any issue within 24 hours of delivery. Compensation, if applicable, is processed as per company policy after quality verification.

6. Your account

You sign in with a one-time password sent to your mobile number. Keep access to that number secure; bookings made from your account are treated as made by you.
